An include pragmat has the form:
pr include "PATH" pr
Where PATH is the path of the file whose contents are to be
included at the location of the pragmat. If the provided path is
relative then it is interpreted as relative to the directory
containing the source file that contains the pragmat.
The -I command line option can be used in order to add
additional search paths for include.
